Baycom Opto-Electronic Co., Ltd. was founded in 1990
and concentrates on developing, manufacturing and selling
optical fiber products which were highly evaluated by
customers and are obtaining various of domestic, foreign
awards or certifications. The customers of Baycom include
domestic, global famous system and communication providers.
In 2000, Baycom signed a contract with Lucent Technologies
for manufacturing and selling rights in LC connectors
and adapters. For Baycom, it becomes a foundation stone
for Small Form Factor (SFF) technology development.
In the same year, Baycom stood one step ahead of competitors
to obtain the technology transfer of optical active
components from ITRI and becomes a leading vender that
can both manufacture optical passive and active components.
With the innovative ideals and technologies, Baycom's
Diagnostic SFP Transceiver Module wan the 2003 excellent
product award from TOCIA (Taiwan Optical Communication
Industrial Alliance) . In the future, Baycom will continuously
insist on her honesty and innovation, and will devote
herself to developing and promoting optical communication
components and system integrations.
