Previously known as TECO Information Systems, TECO Nanotech was founded in 1989 to meet the demands in domestic and overseas market for color CRTs. In response to ever-growing attention and rapid progress in Nanotechnology for development of flat panel display (FPD) applications, TECO Information Systems was renamed TECO Nanotech Co., Ltd. in August of 2002. It sets out to position itself in pursuit of technology advancement and better profitability in the field of CNT-FED (Carbon Nano Tubes-Field Emission Display) technology, as well as to broaden the scope of implementation of Carbon Nano Tubes and other Nano technology application.
