Putting the emphasis on "Man are what matters,
both for employees and management": the recruitment,
training and employing are the basic guidelines
in the management of human resources of TECO, and
it has never changed. Since the first training course
for apprentices in 1958, inducing gifted persons,
balancing out the difference between the existing
and new employees, and teaching internationalization
to the staff have always been the guideline for
TECO's efforts. Until today, the complete training
programs of TECO have been something that other
industries are talking about. |
